Position Overview

As an Amazon Virtual Assistant (VA), you will support clients in managing their Amazon and e-commerce businesses, focusing on wholesale product sourcing, product research, data entry, and data analysis. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth product research using tools such as Helium10 and Keepa, managing product listings, analyzing sales data, and assisting with overall inventory and sourcing strategies.

This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in Amazon wholesale operations, excellent data management skills, and proficiency in tools like VLookUp to manage and analyze large sets of data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Sourcing & Research: Conduct comprehensive product research to identify profitable products for wholesale selling on Amazon. Use research tools like Helium10 and Keepa to analyze market trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies.
• Data Entry & Analysis: Accurately enter large amounts of product data into Excel or other databases. Analyze data for trends, sales performance, and opportunities for improvement.
• Inventory Management: Assist with managing and tracking product inventories, ensuring timely restocking, and providing insights into low-stock or high-demand products.
• Listing Optimization: Help optimize Amazon product listings by researching keywords, monitoring product performance, and making data-driven recommendations to improve visibility and sales.
• VLookUp & Data Management: Use VLookUp and other Excel formulas to manage and organize large datasets, making it easy to track product performance, sales figures, and other key metrics.
• Wholesale Operations: Assist with the overall management of wholesale operations, including sourcing from suppliers, managing relationships with manufacturers, and ensuring product listings meet Amazon's standards.
  
  

Requirements

• Amazon/E-commerce Experience: At least 2+ years of experience working with Amazon and e-commerce platforms, with a focus on wholesale operations.
• Product Sourcing & Research Expertise: Proficient in product sourcing, including finding profitable wholesale products, conducting market research, and identifying new opportunities for growth.
• Proficient in VLookUp: Advanced knowledge of Excel, specifically VLookUp and other data management functions to process and analyze large sets of product and sales data.
• Data Entry & Analysis: Strong attention to detail and experience managing large volumes of data, ensuring accuracy in entries and insightful analysis for decision-making.
• Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Helium10, Keepa, and other Amazon seller tools to research products, analyze trends, and track sales performance.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to use data to make informed decisions and drive actions that will improve sales and operational efficiencies.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with suppliers, clients, and team members effectively.
