Position: Google SEM Marketer

Tasks required:

  • Develop, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, and Shopping Ads.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation to maximize campaign performance.
  • Optimize campaigns for click-through rates (CTR), cost per click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Monitor daily campaign performance using tools such as Google Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders with actionable recommendations.
  • Plan and allocate campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Track and report on spending, ensuring campaigns remain within budget.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
  • Implement best practices to continuously improve ad relevance and Quality Score.
  • Conduct competitive research to identify trends and opportunities in the marketplace.
  • Stay updated on Google Ads platform updates and industry changes.
  • Other ad hoc tasks that would be assigned


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Google Ads campaign management.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong understanding of SEM strategies, PPC advertising, and bidding algorithms.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis for campaign reporting.
  • Certification in Google Ads (preferred).
  • Experience with landing page optimization and conversion tracking.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends)
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM and various social media platforms and their best practices
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to efficiently prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
