- Own the full Amazon product launch lifecycle, from research to top rankings and sales.

- Strategically drive growth and optimize existing Amazon product listings.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful and profitable launches.
- Implement strategies for rapid initial sales and reviews.
- Utilize daily performance data for agile optimization.
- Oversee creation of high-converting, keyword-rich listings.
- Manage strategic inventory planning for launches.
- Develop and manage initial Amazon PPC launch strategies.
- Implement dynamic pricing for enhanced conversion and ranking.
- Proactively manage launch risks and implement solutions.
- Conduct post-launch analysis and iterate on future strategies.
- Mentor and guide internal teams on launch best practices.
- Extensive experience with successful Amazon product launches (US marketplace).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Deep expertise in Amazon SEO and keyword ranking strategies.
- Mastery of Amazon seller tools (Helium 10, Keepa, etc.).
- Proven ability to develop and implement SOPs.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Track record of driving early sales and reviews.
- Data-driven and analytical mindset.
- In-depth knowledge of the US Amazon marketplace.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Successful and timely achievement of early sales and ranking targets for new product launches.
- Visible progress from product validation to launch execution within 1-3 months.
- Rapid generation of initial customer engagement (reviews, strong conversion).
- Measurable improvement in sales and keyword performance of existing products.
- Optimal inventory management during launches.
