Responsibilities
- Support the sales team by following up with prospects to collect brand audit materials (form, seller access, and uploads)
- Manage calendars, schedule/reschedule calls, and reply to rescheduling requests
- Keep CRM and sales calendars updated and organized
- Track lead progress and flag incomplete steps
- Handle daily tasks in Amazon Seller Central
- Manage the inbox and assist with customer support
- Take clear notes during meetings and follow up on action items
- Organize digital files and perform basic research
- Communicate with clients, consultants, and partners as needed
- Help keep the business efficient through other executive assistant tasks
- At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Experience using Amazon Seller Central, particularly within the Amazon FBA environment (confident navigating the platform and learning new workflows)
- Able to work EST time zone
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Friendly, professional communicator with strong follow-through
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Responsive and reliable
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced team
