Responsibilities:
- Managing and organizing the executive's calendar and appointments
- Overseeing email correspondence and customer support inquiries
- Handling daily tasks in Amazon Seller Central
- Creating reports, summarizing updates, and following up on action items
- Providing high-level customer service and support
- Assisting with meeting preparation and taking clear, actionable notes
- Helping organize files and maintain digital documentation
- Performing light research and summarizing findings
- Coordinating with consultants, partners, and clients as needed
- Taking on other Executive Assistant tasks that help keep the business organized and efficient
- Has experience with Amazon Seller Central (you don't need to be an expert, but you should be comfortable navigating and learning)
- Speaks and writes English fluently
- Is reliable, communicative, and detail-oriented
- Can work between CET and EST time zones
- Thrives in a hands-on, fast-moving, collaborative environment
