What You'll Do
Manage and supervise maintenance staff to ensure operational efficiency.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment.
Monitor budgets and expenditures for maintenance activities.
Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs.
Troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 5 years experience in maintenance management or related field.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and general building maintenance practices.
Effective communication skills for collaborating across departments.
