About the Company:
This is a part-time staffing role to start for one of our internal companies, a leading e-commerce consulting and management firm specializing in helping brands scale their operations. They provide expertise in supply chain management, financial analysis, and marketing strategy to optimize and grow online businesses. With a strong focus on Amazon and direct-to-consumer sales, they help brands streamline operations, improve profitability, and achieve long-term success in the digital marketplace.
There is strong potential to transition to full-time soon.
Location: Philippines - Fully Remote
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain excellent Amazon account metrics
- Respond to customer service inquiries with speed and accuracy
- Handle order management and resolve related issues efficiently
- Use Excel to track KPIs, sales performance, and compliance
- Support upcoming launches on Walmart, Shopify, Timu, TikTok, and eBay
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless seller operations
- Be the front line for troubleshooting account warnings, suspensions, or ASIN issues
- Strong command of Excel—formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills
- Proven experience in Amazon account support or marketplace operations
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Ability to work EST hours (ideally 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with some flexibility)
- Bonus: Familiarity with other marketplaces like Walmart, Shopify, or TikTok
