Airport Representative

JOB SUMARRY:

In accordance with the policies, procedure and standards of Chroma Hospitality, Inc. and Crimson Resort & Spa, Mactan, and under the direct supervision of the Concierge Supervisor, the Airport Representative provides assistance to guests in terms of concierge, luggage, valet, airport and door services. The position is also responsible for providing complete and accurate information in response to internal and external queries and assists in creating a favorable public image as part of the service.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Must possess a warm and hospitable personality specially when interacting with guest in all areas of the resort and at the Airport.
• Prepares the arrival and departure list containing information of guest (i.e. special instructions, transportation arrangements and endorsements) that will arrive and depart on the day.
• Must be present at the designated arrival area and at all times ready to meet and assist arriving guests with or without prior arrangements.
• Consistently monitors sudden changes of flights and informs the Resort in a timely manner to avoid inconvenience to guests and ensure proper deployment and timing of transportation arrangement.
• Assist in various errands such as ticket purchase and rebooking, sending-off VIP and handle with care guests, securing temporary airport access pass and along with other errands done at the airport.
• Must be in constant communication with the Concierge Transportation Coordinator in monitoring VIP / non-VIP guest guests arriving especially those with transportation arrangements to ensure the proper and warm welcome of guests here at the resort.
• Proper scheduling and assignment of transportation requirements based of guest requests and needs.
• Must ensure that adequate number of vehicles are present at the Airport for guest with booked transfers and anticipate request from walk-in guests specially during peak hours.
• Consolidate transportation bookings for the next day and send required allocation of vehicles to official back-up providers.
• Must be able to know how to navigate the system and know its basic to complex functions and perform necessary task in accordance to current job.
• Ensures that the immediate area of responsibility is well maintained and must promptly report things that needs repair or refurbishment.
• Must ensure knowledge on all the Policies and procedures of the resort and set as sample to all colleagues.
• Must be able to answer as much as possible all guest queries pertaining to tours and things to do in line with the promotion of hotel services.
• Must be flexible and must have knowledge on the basic tasks and duties of a Concierge to ensure performance of additional task given by superiors.
• Complies with safety standards.
• Complies with set standards of the hotel.
