AI Solutions Architect

Reporting to the Enterprise AI Manager, the AI Solutions Architect will be responsible for leading AI and automation project execution, designing solution architecture, and overseeing integrations between AI models, help develop Power Platform applications, and augment enterprise systems by developing right-fit AI solutions, with a focus on programming these AI solutions based on Python/Javascript. While the role centers on integrating AI-driven automation within enterprise systems, it may also require learning and working with additional programming languages to optimize solutions. The emphasis is on seamless integration of AI capabilities rather than building AI models from scratch.

Solution Design and Development

• Design and build Agentic AI solutions using existing LLMs and integrate them with Enterprise Applications/Systems where applicable.
• Actively participate in coding tasks, including building and deploying AI/ML models into production environments, and integrating solutions within the current tech stack (such as internal applications and/or Power Platform tools like Power Automate or Power Apps.)

Technical Leadership

• Drive technical improvements within the team, mentor developers, and ensure alignment with best practices for both AI/ML systems and Power Platform solutions.

Strategy Implementation

• Translate group-level technical strategies into actionable implementations for AI/ML systems and enterprise automation workflows.

Technology Evaluation

• Evaluate different technology choices (including Power Platform capabilities) and select the most suitable for specific problems with sound tradeoffs.

PaaS Development

• Promote a Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) mindset to enable scalable, reusable solutions across AI solutions (apps and workflows)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field required.
• Master’s Degree holders in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields preferred.

Experience:

• 8+ years in software architecture with a focus on AI/ML systems, Python/JavaScript development, including hands-on development experience integrating with enterprise platforms like Microsoft, SAP, Salesforce, etc.

Technical Skills:

• Expert knowledge of AI/ML technologies, system integration, and a general understanding of Low-Code No-Code tools (such as Power Platform).

Leadership:

• Proven ability to drive technical improvements, guide teams effectively, and contribute directly to development tasks involving both LLMs and enterprise platforms.

Industry Knowledge:

• Deep understanding of enterprise AI applications, emerging trends in automation platforms.
