AI Research and Innovation - Gen AI Associate Manager

We're looking for a visionary AI Research & Innovation (Thought leaders, Project Leads and Practitioners) at various career levels to work on development of Gen AI based models and solutions using different modalities – Text, Image, Video, Speech & Audio, and Multi modal. The focus is to develop new algorithms, enhance existing models, and explore novel applications of AI to address complex challenges faced by our clients. We also have emerging research tracks on Agentic AI – autonomous, goal-driven intelligent systems that can reason, plan, and adapt using AI.

Ideal Candidate:

• Education - PhD/Master's Degree in CS/EE/Math/AI/Stats from IIT/IISc/ISI/IIIT or similar premium institutes
• Experience - 8–20 years total experience | 4+ years post-PhD/Master's Degree in AI R&D or teaching

Your key responsibilities include

• Building novel solutions to the challenging problem faced by industry
• Leading research projects and publishing in top-tier conferences
• Collaboration with Responsible AI, Delivery leads, and Academia
• Real-world application development in areas like digital assistants, healthcare agents, enterprise automation
• Mentoring and building the next wave of AI talent.

• A Ph.D. or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electronics and Communication, Data Science/AI, Mathematics and Statistics from premium institutes – IITs, IISc, IIIT and ISI
• Overall experience 15-18 years and Relevant experience (post PhD) 5+ years.
• Deep expertise in reinforcement learning, autonomous agents, and multi-agent systems.
• Strong understanding of LLMs and their integration into agentic workflows.
• Experience with frameworks like LangChain, AutoGPT, or similar.
• Proven track record of innovation and publications.
