Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Junior Attorney with 2–3 years of post-bar experience to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with cutting-edge AI tools to deliver high-quality legal services, streamline processes, and enhance client experiences. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to address legal needs effectively.

This position is initially offered on a term contract basis, with the expectation of progressing into a Senior Attorney role. As a Senior Attorney, you will lead a growing team and contribute to the strategic direction of our services on an international scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and services using AI technologies.
• Collaborate with small legal firms and individual clients in common law jurisdictions.
• Assist in developing and refining AI tools for legal applications.
• Prepare legal documents, contracts, and case materials efficiently.
• Stay updated on legal developments and technological advancements.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to improve service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent.
• Passed the bar exam with 2–3 years of practicing experience.
• Licensed to practice law in at least one common law country.
• Open to integrating AI and technology into legal practice.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Interest in serving an international client base.
