Job Title: AI Automation Engineer

Work Shift: Dayshift (8am-5pm PH Time)

Salary: PHP 70,000 - PHP 75,000

Summary: We are looking for a skilled AI Automation Engineer who is ready to tackle challenges in automation and AI technologies. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver innovative automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Key Duties

• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to identify inefficiencies, recommend automation opportunities, and implement AI-driven solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using no-code and low-code platforms.
• Perform end-to-end process analysis and improvement, applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop scalable and sustainable software solutions (front-end and back-end) to support automation initiatives.
• Lead and conduct training programs to upskill stakeholders in AI tools, process engineering, and automation technologies.
• Act as a consultant and subject matter expert to clients, assisting them with process optimization, automation adoption, and AI-driven solutions.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients on implementing AI and automation technologies effectively.
• Demonstrate our homegrown software tools, assisting clients in integrating these tools into their workflows to achieve measurable improvements.
• Provide ongoing technical and strategic support to clients for continuous improvement.

Skills And Experience

• Candidates should possess a strong interest in artificial intelligence (AI).
• Experience in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) implementation.
• Knowledge in PHP, VueJS, NuxtJs, Laravel, Node.js, Typescript, Javascript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive results in cross-functional teams.
• Strong work ethic with a focus on team success.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) is a plus.
• Comprehensive AI training will be provided, along with certification from Vjal Institute, to ensure proficiency in the required skills.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in process engineering, automation, or full-stack development.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in RAG implementation.
