Job Description

Build data-driven AI models that help analyse large datasets to find trends, predict future behavior, or provide insights to guide business decisions

Duties And Responsibilities

Data Analytics and Modeling:

  • Builds and maintains AI/ML models to predict key business outcomes (ie churn, upsell/x-sell, demand)
  • Performs AI/ML techniques to uncover insights from structured to unstructured data and transforming into a compelling story/narrative that answers key business questions (at times even before its asked)
  • Performs data cleaning, pre-processing and feature engineering to prepare datasets for AI/ML model training, creating features that improve the predictive power of the model.
  • Evaluate models for accuracy, precision, recall, F1 to ensure they meets business objectives and continuously refine models based on feedback and performance to improve prediction quality and business outcomes
  • Leverages GenAI for data augmentation, NLP-driven insights, automated reporting/insighting and conversational analytics
  • Proactively collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure that models are aligned business objectives and drive business performance
  • Identify model fine-tuning needs; Measure ROI from models developed
  • Collaborate with AI software engineers to integrate models into customer-facing platforms


Campaign Expertise

  • Translate model into results. Draws out and communicates useful insights, actionable interpretations, alternative approaches and solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for the application of customer analytics techniques for the business, particularly for credit scoring.
  • Use learnings from models to prioritize and sequence initiatives; Collaborate with business sponsors and different stakeholders to operationalize analytic findings.


Knowledge Transfer and Collaboration

  • Support internal stakeholders in use of data and various analytical tools to generate and communicate insights
  • Provides training, demonstration, documentation and other support to drive the change management process and expand the use of analytics throughout the organization
  • Support the drive for change management process to ensure the analytical developments are adopted by relevant internal teams.
  • Develop relationships with external data and analytics partners and interact as needed.
  • Keep updated with new data science techniques and be extremely knowledgeable of industry standards and trends.


Hiring Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, with a focus on developing models and solutions for productivity, customer experience, and/or telecom networks.
