Job Description

  • Visit and evaluate potential mall sites for new branch locations.
  • Prepare and send formal letters of intent to mall administrators to express interest in leasing.
  • Handle and settle required payments (e.g., security deposits, bonds, construction fees).
  • Coordinate with internal departments (P&EL, Procurement, Accounting, etc.) for construction and launch preparations.
  • Ensure all necessary materials, tools, and furnishings are prepared prior to branch opening.
  • Comply with established procedures and mall regulations throughout the lease period.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of branch opening events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Banking, or a related field.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with mall administrators, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Knowledge of leasing processes, branch operations, or construction coordination is an advantage.
  • Willing to do field work.
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of working independently.
