- Identifies and implements recruitment activities in his region to support the agency leaders, i.e., Business Opportunity Programs
- Conducts training programs to activate the agency force
- Participates in the planning, directing and execution of various agency sales & marketing related programs such as annual drives, launchings, and regional assemblies
- Conducts regular branch visits and meeting with associates (Maloloas, Pampanga & Cabanatuan)
- A bachelor's degree (we value diverse educational backgrounds!)
- At least 3+ years of experience in Agency Sales Recruitment must be gained from Life Insurance.
- Strong Agency Recruitment experience
- Sales Management Experience
