To assist, oversee, and manage the operations of the entire Food Court group, focusing on daily operations, sales, merchandise and stock administration, tenant and customer relations, and various administrative functions. This role aims to enhance the Food Court's contribution to the Mall, supporting overall business goals while adhering to Company policies and the country's laws, rules, and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/College Degree, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in related field and capacity (Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service).
- Knowledgeable in Tenant Relations, Marketing, various functions in operations and administrations including adequate knowledge in property and food services management
