AFTER SALES SUPERVISOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and address customer inquiries and complaints related to post-purchase services, ensuring quick resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the after-sales team, including service technicians, coordinators, and other support staff.
• Manage warranty claims, ensuring they are processed efficiently and in line with company policy.
• Track and report after-sales performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, service response times, and equipment downtime.
• Ensure that all after-sales activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Promote a safe working environment for the team by following established safety procedures during service and repair operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Registered Mechanical Engineer.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in handling a supervisory task
• 2 to 4 years of experience in the heavy equipment industry
• Knowledgeable in assisting the after sales service team
• Clear and effective communications skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Dedication to understanding customer needs
