Opportunity Overview

Overseas and coordinates all Spares Lease activities and transactions, ensuring smooth and compliant operations. Key roles include:

• Customer Team Coordination: Coordinates with the customer team to ensure all required documentation for Spares Lease bookings is completed and approved by Marketing.
• Agreement Management: Monitors the expiration of Spares Lease agreements and proactively coordinates with the customer team for timely renewals or the return of leased parts.
• Lead Time and Inventory Planning: Works closely with board planners to provide accurate lead time quotations and ensures stock availability in alignment with the confirmed shipping schedule.
• Logistics Coordination: Facilitates communication between the customer team and LSC for all inbound and outbound shipments related to Spares Leas
• System Transactions: Manages all Spares Lease-related transactions in Gandalf, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Audit Compliance: Ensures full compliance with SOX audit requirements, maintaining proper documentation and controls.

• A graduate of any 4-year course.
• Ability to coordinate with the worldwide customer team (GCS Customer Team and Sales) and internal planning and logistics team.
• Strong sense of urgency & work within tight deadlines
