JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the administrative and accounting departments, ensuring efficient workflows and adherence to office policies and procedures.
- Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections and maintaining accuracy in financial transactions and reporting.
- Monitor Sales Admins to ensure timely invoicing of orders to ensure on time delivery.
- Monitor inventory stocking levels and processing of purchase orders.
- Address and resolve any administrative issues that arise.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement, streamline workflows, and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, business administration, finance, or related field
- With at least 3 years experience in an administrative or accounting role
- Has at least 1 year experience in handling a team
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- With good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement
