JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the administrative and accounting departments, ensuring efficient workflows and adherence to office policies and procedures.
  • Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections and maintaining accuracy in financial transactions and reporting.
  • Monitor Sales Admins to ensure timely invoicing of orders to ensure on time delivery.
  • Monitor inventory stocking levels and processing of purchase orders.
  • Address and resolve any administrative issues that arise.
  • Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement, streamline workflows, and eliminate bottlenecks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, business administration, finance, or related field
  • With at least 3 years experience in an administrative or accounting role
  • Has at least 1 year experience in handling a team
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • With good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement

Office location is at Limac Warehouse, Diversion Road, Zone 8, Bulua, CDO
