Position Overview
- Role: Operations Assistant
- Schedule: Full-Time, 9 AM - 5 PM EST (Monday to Friday)
- Location: Fully Remote
- Industry: VOIP/Tech company (experience in a similar field is a plus)
- Assist with daily operational and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth workflows and communication across teams.
- Maintain and organize data using Excel, including creating reports and tracking essential metrics.
- Support various processes with a keen eye for detail, ensuring high accuracy in all tasks.
- Administrative Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or operations role.
- Excel Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Tech-Savvy: Experience in tech companies or fast-paced environments is a bonus.
- Dependable Internet: Must have a fast, reliable internet connection with a backup option available if needed.
