Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and responsible Admin Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation for company staff, documents, and materials. The successful candidate will also assist with basic administrative tasks as required. This role requires someone who is punctual, professional, and able to manage their time effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport staff, documents, and packages to and from designated locations.
  • Ensure the vehicle is maintained in good condition, including regular cleaning and timely servicing.
  • Conduct daily checks on the vehicle to ensure it's in proper working condition (e.g., fuel, oil, tires).
  • Assist in running errands such as purchasing office supplies, delivering documents, or performing other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and other relevant logs.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies to ensure the safety of all passengers and goods.
  • Assist with office administrative duties when not driving, such as filing, photocopying, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Communicate effectively with office staff to coordinate schedules and tasks.

Qualifications:

  • At least a high school graduate.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Proven experience as a driver (preferably for a company or organization).
  • Knowledge of road safety regulations and defensive driving techniques.
  • Ability to navigate using GPS or maps and familiar with local roads and routes.
  • Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and upkeep.
  • Ability to handle basic administrative tasks efficiently.

Work Environment:

  • Regular driving within city limits and occasionally longer trips as needed.
  • Occasional lifting of packages and office supplies.
