Contract Management Staff

About the role

Wall Vision Corporation is seeking a talented Contract Management Staff to join our team in Cainta Rizal. As a full-time employee, you will play a vital role in managing and overseeing the contractual agreements and obligations within our Construction and Contracts Management division.

What you'll be doing

• Review, negotiate and draft contract agreements to ensure they align with company policies and client requirements
• Monitor contract compliance and performance to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze relevant data for contract management
• Maintain comprehensive contract documentation and records
• Provide regular reports and updates on contract status and key performance indicators
• Support the contract renewal and renegotiation process as needed
• Assist in the development and implementation of contract management best practices

What we're looking for

• Relevant degree in Business, Law, or a related field, Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in contract management or a similar role within the construction industry
• Excellent understanding of contract law, negotiation techniques, and risk management principles
• Proficient in contract drafting, review, and interpretation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with contract management software or tools
