The Opportunity at a Glance


We’re hiring a remote Administration Officer (ServiceM8 Experience Required) to join a well-established Australian business in the residential and commercial garage door industry. This is a full-time position for Philippine-based candidates, employed under a proper PH setup with benefits from day one.


You’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly — from job scheduling to documentation and client follow-ups — all within ServiceM8, the company’s core CRM. If you’re confident juggling admin priorities in a fast-paced environment and already know your way around ServiceM8, we’d love to hear from you.


 


How You’ll Make an Impact



  • Manage bookings, quotes, job progress, and client communication within ServiceM8

  • Prepare and process job documentation, approvals, and invoicing requests

  • Liaise with internal teams to coordinate materials, job schedules, and construction updates

  • Maintain clear communication with clients from booking to job completion

  • Follow up with clients for feedback and Google reviews

  • Have experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally in a high-volume, service-based business

  • Are confident and experienced in using ServiceM8 for job management, quoting, and scheduling

  • Excel at handling multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail

  • Communicate clearly and professionally across teams and with clients

  • Are highly organised, self-driven, and able to follow structured workflows

  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook

What Sets You Apart - You’ll Shine Even Brighter With:



  • Prior experience in construction, maintenance, or service-based industries

  • Knowledge of Australian service workflows, timelines, and client expectations

  • Familiarity with quoting, procurement coordination, and CRM data integrity

  • Experience supporting on-site teams or coordinating logistics with installers or technicians


 


Work Schedule & Employment Terms



  • Full-Time | Monday to Friday

  • Remote role for Philippine-based candidates

  • Philippine employment setup (not freelance or project-based)
