Job Overview
As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide exceptional administrative and human resources support to senior leaders. This remote role offers virtual support to the senior team and serves as a backup to other Executive Assistants.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support to managers, supervisors, and staff
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Edit documents for grammar and accuracy
- Manage phone calls and messages for supervisors and staff
- Process administrative paperwork, including employment requisitions and expense vouchers
- Maintain familiarity with various platforms, such as Salesforce, Dayforce, and Zycus
- Review and process departmental paperwork, including purchase requisitions and statistical reports
- Ensure adequate office supplies and basic maintenance of office equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of administrative support experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills for managing vendor and employee relationships
- Reliable, responsible attitude and compassionate approach
- Commitment to quality in all aspects of work
