We are looking for an Admin Assistant Receptionist to join our team in the Makati City office. This position offers a vibrant work environment and the chance to work alongside a dynamic and high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and assist with the day-to-day administration of the office, business groups, and projects alongside other team members.
  • Represent the admin team at the office location, adhering to all guidelines and processes.
  • Provide receptionist support and assist with event coordination.
  • Coordinate general office administration concerns with the Administration Manager or designated admin member.
  • Support and facilitate purchasing activities.
  • Ensure office upkeep, coordinate office equipment maintenance.
  • Assist with travel arrangements.

What you will bring to the team:

  • 2-3 years of administrative support experience in a professional office environment.
  • Excellent people skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Quick to manage day-to-day needs and concerns related to the premises, staff, and office equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent prioritization and task management skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all matters of correspondence, telephone messages, and personal conversations.
  • Professional attitude and positive work ethic.
  • Willingness to work in an office as an integral and resilient member of the Admin team.

This position requires full-time in the office and is not available for remote work.
