The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional administrative support.

What You'll Do
Assist in the coordination and management of project activities
Maintain organized records and documentation for projects
Handle communication with team members and stakeholders
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
Conduct research and compile information relevant to projects
Support team meetings by scheduling and taking minutes
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
