We are looking for an Administrative Assistant (Finance Supervisor).
As an Administrative Assistant (Finance Supervisor), we rely on you to:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for Finance operations
- Support the Financial Controller for all administration and office coordination
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepares reports, monitoring of contracts or documents pertaining to legal requirements
- Has a passion for providing business support to senior management
- Enjoys interacting with people
- Self-driven
- Is professional, discreet and can handle sensitive information
- Is an advanced user of Microsoft Office suite
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
- Preferably has hospitality-related work experience
- Has strong interpersonal, communication and organisation skills, attention to details
