What You'll Be Doing:

Event Coordination:

  • Data Mastery: Manage event details across Airtable, Splash event pages, and Google Calendar with 100% accuracy.
  • Logistics Leader: Take charge of guest lists, cancellations, adjustments, and other key event logistics with ease.
  • Venue Research Pro: Research and document venues to ensure every event hits the perfect note.


Administrative Excellence:

  • Organizational Wizard: Maintain event folders, templates, and host scripts with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Accuracy Champion: Proofread and audit event information to guarantee flawless execution.


Collaboration & Process Optimization:

  • Collaborate with a dynamic events team to streamline workflows and elevate operational efficiency.
  • Contribute fresh ideas and strategies to enhance processes and event outcomes.


What It Takes to Join Us:

Must-Have Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in event coordination, administrative roles, or similar positions requiring attention to detail.
  • Tech Proficiency: Strong experience with Airtable, Splash, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
  • Exceptional Skills: Impeccable editing and proofreading abilities, high-level project management skills, and the capacity to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
  • Availability: Reliable, self-motivated, and available full-time in a remote environment.
