The Administrative Assistant is responsible in ensuring department’s effectiveness by providing information management support and handling corporate communication.

KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage and maintain schedules including travel, conferences, and making appointments.
2. Assist in managing marketing budgets by tracking expenses, processing invoices, and maintaining financial
records.
3. Serve as a liaison between the team and other departments or external partners, facilitating
communication and collaboration.
4. Assist in coordinating activities such as events, campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
5. To perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Department head.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Must be a graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management or any related course

· With at least 1-2 years of related work experience in an administrative role
