- Bachelor Degree in 4-year course: Business Administration and/ any related field
- Knowledgeable and experienced in general service, at least 1 year related experience is advantage
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with different departments and external contacts.
- Excellent organizational Skills
- Assist in processing company permits, licenses, and other legal or compliance documents.
- Handle petty cash, fund liquidation, and basic financial documentation.
- Monitor and coordinate utilities, office supplies, and inventory of fixed assets.
- Improved work environments for safety and health purposes and in compliance with quality standard of service.
- Track usage and process payments for office equipment
- Coordinate with security personnel and review attendance logs and roving sheets.
- Maintain organized records, files, and databases for general affairs activities.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers or service providers.
- Support other administrative and general affairs functions as assigned by management.
