  • Knowledgeable and experienced in general service, at least 1 year related experience is advantage
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with different departments and external contacts.
  • Excellent organizational Skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist in processing company permits, licenses, and other legal or compliance documents.
  • Handle petty cash, fund liquidation, and basic financial documentation.
  • Monitor and coordinate utilities, office supplies, and inventory of fixed assets.
  • Improved work environments for safety and health purposes and in compliance with quality standard of service.
  • Track usage and process payments for office equipment
  • Coordinate with security personnel and review attendance logs and roving sheets.
  • Maintain organized records, files, and databases for general affairs activities.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers or service providers.
  • Support other administrative and general affairs functions as assigned by management.
