The role will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the companys financial processes. From encoding sales and returns to coordinating with external agencies for permits, this position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Encode sales and return transactions from various supermarkets
- Update portals and monitor online payments for supermarkets.
- Generate and encode stock return reports provided by audit.
- Check balances and adjustments of sales invoices versus total amounts received from all supermarket accounts handled.
- File received and delivered invoices for record-keeping.
- Encode variances of SKU's purchase orders delivered versus SKU's not served/not delivered.
- Monitor petty cash for office expenses.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of requirements for permits and certifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting or related role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial reporting standards.
