Job Summary
- Assists and supports the team with the identified tasks and scope of the ongoing Project.
- Review of processed onboarding BDA (Basic Deposit Account) applicationsMonitor customer onboarding accounts
- Provide support to other Operations officers like completing needed eKYC documents for Compliance and Fraud Risk perusal
- Provide assistance to customers via email or other communication channels
- Answer customer inquiries, address their concerns, and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- College graduate of relevant course (Business Administration, Management, Banking and Finance, Marketing, Accounting, Economics, others)
- Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Good communication skills
- Can work with minimum supervision
- Detail-oriented
- Willing to work ASAP
