Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Part-time Administrative Assistant to support their operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, Type-A individual with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and confirm appointments.
- Respond to and manage emails effectively.
- Assist with social media management and blog content.
- Handle phone calls as needed.
- Create and manage newsletters and email campaigns.
- Conduct recruitment efforts on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Follow up with leads and potential customers to schedule calls.
- Perform administrative tasks as assigned, including research projects and identifying podcast or PR opportunities.
- Headhunt online for potential matches for our clients.
- Plan dates and assist with various social media and blogging tasks.
- Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs)

- Excel
Rate: $5.5/hour
