About The Role
As an Administrative Team Leader, you will be responsible for directly managing the Administrative Assistants. The Team Leader must actively identify opportunities for performance enhancement and coordinate with the Risk Mitigation and Administrative Unit Head and Collections Strategy & Analytics Department Head. The Administrative Team Leader should also ensure that the Administrative Assistants will deliver their tasks timely and accurately.

As an Administrative Team Leader, you will be responsible for directly managing the Administrative Assistants. The Team Leader must actively identify opportunities for performance enhancement and coordinate with the Risk Mitigation and Administrative Unit Head and Collections Strategy & Analytics Department Head. The Administrative Team Leader should also ensure that the Administrative Assistants will deliver their tasks timely and accurately.
How You'll Contribute
- Determine the feasible workload of each Administrative Assistant and organize their allocation to ensure daily productivity benchmarks are met.
- Monitor and update established KPIs of supervised team regularly, to enhance team’s performance.
- Ensure designed strategies and procedures are being followed by subordinates through clear and effective communication.
- Check operative reports on a daily basis for productivity fulfillment and performance deterioration and develop case processing tactics to address these items.
- Evaluate team performance regularly to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Identify weaknesses in the supervised team and negotiate potential training with the responsible Trainer.
- Monitor the turnaround time per process to determine if there are challenges encountered to be resolved.
- Ensures that all the requests for waiver or any financial adjustments are accurate.
- Ensures that all the details in the Collections Letters, SMS, Emails, etc being sent out are correct to avoid complaints from client.
- Ensures that the proposed new card’s status is correct to avoid any financial losses.
- Responsible for uploading monthly BAP and CCAP reports.
- Resolve escalated cases by the Administrative Assistants (special cases, uncontactable clients, etc.).
- Responsible for managing the overall team’s capacity and implementing required changes with approval from the Risk Mitigation and Administrative Unit Head and Collections Strategy & Analytics Department Head.
- Implement initiatives to improve the collections processes thereby improving accuracy and turnaround time.
- Support the unit head in budgeting, tracking, and managing the expenses of the Division. This is to ensure that the Divisions’ needs are supported, and correct costs are allocated to Collections.
- Ensure processing and coordination of expense/cost related action items.
- Monitor and reach the yearly and monthly KPIs
- Analyze reports and existing processes to advise Risk Mitigation and Administration Unit Head and Collections Strategy & Analytics Department Head regarding process modifications and overall team performance.
- Coordinate with the other concerned Department, to ensure the processes and policies are being executed effectively.
- It is accepted and understood that the employee may perform other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
- Bachelor's or College degree holder
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, experience in collections is an advantage
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office for Windows
- Must have people management skills, organized, set priorities and meet deadlines
