The Admin Supervisor will ensure the following responsibilities

  • Coordinate with vice president
  • Organize projects
  • Coordinate orders
  • Monitor manpower schedule
  • Oversee purchase orders
  • Documentation for bidding
  • Project documentation
  • Oversee daily office operations
  • Administrative Support
  • Communicate with customers and stakeholders in a friendly tone

  • The Sales Associate will oversee the following activities daily:

    Develop the database for potential clients

    Develop relationships with potential clients

    Present products

    Follow up inquiries

    Respond to inquiries

    Oversee the delivery of the product

    Prepare and submit quotations and biddings to potential customers

    Work location: Quezon City

    Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5:30,

    Industry: Retail and Trading (souvenir, special gift items)


  • Minimum Qualifications: Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Good communication and customer service
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized
  • Self starter
  • Experience in Admin for atleast 5 years
  • Willing to work in Quezon City, on-site Monday to Friday
