As Admin Staff – Property Management, you will support day-to-day operations of a real estate property management team based in Australia. Your work will include processing rental applications, updating compliance records, issuing notices, and ensuring accurate documentation and task completion within the Property Management system.
This is a remote, full-time role based in the Philippines, working closely with Australian Property Managers to help streamline compliance, invoicing, and tenant communications.

As Admin Staff – Property Management, you will support day-to-day operations of a real estate property management team based in Australia. Your work will include processing rental applications, updating compliance records, issuing notices, and ensuring accurate documentation and task completion within the Property Management system.
This is a remote, full-time role based in the Philippines, working closely with Australian Property Managers to help streamline compliance, invoicing, and tenant communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with reviewing and processing rental applications, particularly during weekly high-volume periods
- Send out daily rental arrears reports to Property Managers and issue automated reminder emails to tenants via Property Me
- Use a provided rent increase schedule to prepare and issue Notices of Rent Increases via the VCAT website, forwarding copies to Property Managers
- Upload Gas and Electrical Compliance reports to tenant files and send copies to property owners through Property Me
- Prepare Tenant Transfer documentation, including transfer forms, direct debit forms, and condition reports, for submission to Property Managers
- Assign TAPI invoices to the appropriate Property Manager for processing
- Follow up on TAPI job requests by liaising with tenants and trades for scheduling or completion updates
- 1–2 years of administrative support or real estate operations experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with Property Me and TAPI systems is highly desirable
- Basic understanding of Australian rental property procedures and compliance processes
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
- Proactive, responsive, and collaborative in a remote work setting
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks while ensuring quality and consistency
- Timely and accurate processing of rent-related tasks, notices, and tenant communications
- Clear coordination with Property Managers, with minimal need for follow-ups
- Compliance records and tenant files are consistently updated and accurate
- Responsiveness to daily task updates and operational priorities
