To provide seamless and efficient administrative support by managing documentation, coordinating financial and travel requirements, and supporting marketing activities, thereby ensuring smooth internal operations and a professional external presence.

Job Qualifications

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Google Workspace.
  • Experience in basic finance admin (invoicing, reimbursements, billing tracking) is an advantage
