Take charge of key administrative and accounting tasks while ensuring accuracy, organization, and efficiency in daily operations.
What Youll Do
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Track, document, and summarize company sales and expenses
- Handle billing, client invoices, and accounts payable
- Support compliance by coordinating permits and government-related requirements
- Manage supplier coordination and oversee general office upkeep
- Assist with calls and ensure theyre directed to the right contacts
- Bachelors degree, ideally in Accounting or any related course
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative and/or accounting work
- Familiarity with government benefits and compliance processes is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
