Job Summary

Take charge of key administrative and accounting tasks while ensuring accuracy, organization, and efficiency in daily operations.

What Youll Do

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
  • Track, document, and summarize company sales and expenses
  • Handle billing, client invoices, and accounts payable
  • Support compliance by coordinating permits and government-related requirements
  • Manage supplier coordination and oversee general office upkeep
  • Assist with calls and ensure theyre directed to the right contacts

What Were Looking For

  • Bachelors degree, ideally in Accounting or any related course
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative and/or accounting work
  • Familiarity with government benefits and compliance processes is an advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
