Job Description
- Answer and direct emails and other correspondence
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and other documents as requested
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists and databases
- Handle requests for information and data
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
- Assist in the on-boarding process for new hires
- Monitor office equipment and report necessary repairs
- Processing of hotel accommodations of major client
- Ensuring that ISO forms are properly used and processes are aligned with the QMP
- Processes all documentation, requests, and other clerical tasks related to Operations Department
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree
- Strong organizational, and time-management skills excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
