As part of our exciting global expansion, we're on the lookout for a sharp, detail obsessed Ad Operations Executive to join our growing team in the Philippines. You’ll be part of a high performing global team, powering digital campaigns across the world’s biggest gaming sites. In this role, you’ll be the engine behind flawless campaign execution, working across cutting edge platforms and partnering with top-tier clients and media agencies to ensure every impression counts.

In this role, you’ll be the engine behind flawless campaign execution, working across cutting edge platforms and partnering with top-tier clients and media agencies to ensure every impression counts.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage ad campaigns across thousands of high-traffic gaming websites using the latest ad tech.
- Partner with agency technical teams to ensure smooth trafficking, timely delivery, and perfect pacing.
- Optimise campaign performance in real time, ensuring maximum ROI for our advertisers - no waste, just results.
- Troubleshoot and QA - spot issues before they happen and resolve them like a pro.
- Support cross-functional teams (Sales, Publisher Ops, Product) to drive flawless campaign lifecycles.
- Stay ahead of the curve - learn, test, and implement new tools and techniques in the ever-evolving world of digital advertising.
- Experience in digital ad operations - familiarity with platforms like Google Ad Manager (GAM), DV360, Xandr, or similar is a big plus.
- Strong analytical skills - you can read a dashboard and turn data into action.
- Excellent communicator - able to coordinate with internal teams and external partners across time zones.
- Detail-oriented with a perfectionist streak (in a good way).
- A passion for gaming and digital media - bonus points if you're a gamer yourself.
- Willing and able to work US hours (EST).
- Based in or near BGC, Metro Manila with hybrid working.
