What this role is about

This role supports the Field Marketing Zone (FMZ) Manager and Territory Consumer Lead in developing and executing the HoReCa (HRC), Leisure, and Designated Smoking Area (DSA) strategies. You'll lead consumer activations and campaigns to drive brand awareness, trial, repurchase, and loyalty in these channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) campaigns in HRC, Leisure, and DSA channels.
• Manage end-to-end activations, including deployment, resource management, and agency coordination.
• Build relationships with key outlet owners and track campaign effectiveness.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Consumer Engagement, or Brand Activation.
• Strong communication, project management, and data analysis skills.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work evenings and Saturdays.
