JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Shift Schedule: Monday - Saturday | 8AM-5PM
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the department.
- Collect, interpret, and review financial information.
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
- Report to management and stakeholders and provide advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted.
- Review, monitor and manage budgets.
- Develop strategies that work to minimize financial risk.
- Produce financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
- Analyze market trends and competitors.
- Meet financial accounting objectives.
- Ensure to establish and maintain fiscal files and accounting records to document transactions and implement internal controls.
- Ensure that company-required government permits and licenses are complied with for continued operations.
- Ensure compliance to Tax Laws and other related laws / guidelines / rules / IRRs from related regulatory bodies.
- Review supplier contracts and provide inputs to ensure optimum protection of companys interest.
- Lead, train, or coach team members for assured success.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- With at least 10 years proven experience in Finance and Accounting.
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software, and databases as well as ERP system.
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform within deadlines.
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Analytical abilities and good problem-solving skills.
- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
- With effective leadership skills.
