ACQUISITION LEAD

The Acquisition Lead oversees the total acquisition of New to Bank users via the BPI Mobile and Online Platforms (BPI Mobile and BPI Wealth) He / she is primarily responsible for the growth of #SaveUp Accounts opened on the app, and enrollment of BPI Wealth targeted users He / she is also responsible for refreshing and updating all creative materials used in acquisition related media that the department uses.

Responsibilities

• Create Acquisition Strategies for user growth (BPI Online, BPI Mobile and BPI Wealth) which include, but are not limited to advertising strategies, referral and incentive strategies.
• Define the overall growth programs to achieve total users, active users, enrollments, transactions for Consumer Platforms: BPI Mobile for the broad BPI market, BPI Wealth for the HNW market
• Identify data-driven opportunities within the programs for optimization.
• Monitor competition and report insights to the Platform and Segments Leads
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Design, computer science or relevant field
• Working knowledge of Experience design for a mobile / web / consumer application
• Marketing programs for consumer brands for acquisition and sales
• Digital, Traditional, and on-ground integrated advertising
• Brand marketing
• Performance Measurement
• Strong team player, naturally curious; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Good time-management skills
• Ability to translate programs into operation process flows, RACI matrices
• Project Management
• Business Analytics
• Strong working knowledge of customer data and insights
