Your role

As An Accreditations Processor, You Will

  • Learn about the client’s place in the Australian mortgage home loan market and the meaning and importance of an Accreditation to brokers
  • Learn operating systems, including Dynamics, Mercury, CRM, and Outlook
  • Process lender and service provider accreditation requests received from brokers
  • Check the accreditation form for accuracy and the systems to ensure the broker is active
  • Receive various emails, including accreditation forms from brokers, lenders, and staff, to the generic accreditation email
  • Update emails received from lenders/brokers in the brokers' Dynamics profile and, in some instances, respond to lenders/brokers
  • Process accreditations for over 50 lenders, and each accreditation request and process is different
  • Provide additional documents, information, and clarification required by the lenders
  • Ensure to update the status and broker ID of the brokers, as well as their documents

Non-negotiables

What You Need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services and forms is required
  • Prior experience in customer service
  • Must have experience with Dynamics, Mercury, and CRM
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Must possess excellent written, comprehension, and oral skills
  • Must have good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Must have prior experience in processing transaction-based requests
