Key Responsibilities

• Proactively manage debtor ledgers, with a strong focus on aged debt recovery.
• Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments via phone and email.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients while enforcing effective collection practices.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of accounts receivable processes and reporting.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, including remittances.
• Process daily accounts receivable entries, including receipt allocation in Navision (accounting software).
• Maintain debtor information in FastTrack (payroll software).
• Prepare weekly debtor reports and highlight potential risks in weekly meetings.
• Generate AMC reverse billing invoices and perform related reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end financial reconciliations and reporting.
• Handle ad hoc requests from the finance team as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in accounts receivable or related functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• End-to-end experience in accounts receivable processes is essential.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience using Navision and FastTrack systems is preferred.
• Previous experience working with Australian clients or companies is a plus.
