Role: Accounts Receivables Officer

Work Arrangement: Work from Office

Location: Philippines Angeles (Pampanga)

Schedule: Morning Shift

Accounts Receivable

• Debt Collection
• Invoicing
• Accounts management
• Maintain 60 days as average payment
• Achieve target of 20% for 90-day outstanding payments
• Prepare monthly debtors report
  
  

Administration

• Filing and scanning documents
• Use of Kirby for:
• Email filing
• Requisitions
• Updating database
• General data entry
• Identify and recommend improvements to Finance and Administration processes and procedures
  
  

Assisting Perth Reception

• Answer incoming calls
• Qualify calls and assist callers
• Direct calls appropriately
• Take and forward messages via Kirby
  
  

Sales & Marketing Support

• Provide general support to the sales team as required
• Arrange appointments for Business Development Managers
  
  

Qualifications And Requirements

Education/Certificates

• Undergraduate or bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting desirable
  
  

Non-Negotiable Skills & Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Strong numeracy skills and sound knowledge of the accounts payable process
• Demonstrated organisational skills, ability to use initiative, and prioritise effectively
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  
  

Desirable Experience And Knowledge

• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry
  
  

Software Knowledge Requirements

• MS Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• MYOB
