Role: Accounts Receivables Officer
Work Arrangement: Work from Office

Schedule: Morning Shift
Accounts Receivable
- Debt Collection
- Invoicing
- Accounts management
- Maintain 60 days as average payment
- Achieve target of 20% for 90-day outstanding payments
- Prepare monthly debtors report
- Filing and scanning documents
- Use of Kirby for:
- Email filing
- Requisitions
- Updating database
- General data entry
- Identify and recommend improvements to Finance and Administration processes and procedures
- Answer incoming calls
- Qualify calls and assist callers
- Direct calls appropriately
- Take and forward messages via Kirby
- Provide general support to the sales team as required
- Arrange appointments for Business Development Managers
Education/Certificates
- Undergraduate or bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Strong numeracy skills and sound knowledge of the accounts payable process
- Demonstrated organisational skills, ability to use initiative, and prioritise effectively
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Previous experience in the manufacturing industry
- MS Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- MYOB
