As a Tax Associate, you will:
- Reconciliation of accounts receivable ledger, bank accounts, foreign currency payments etc.
- Verifies and accurately posts all payments to the correct invoices.
- Assists customers with account enquiries.
- Liaises with Audit Collection Services for bad debt recovery.
- Credit Hold Order Maintenance.
- Supports the month end process.
- Actively monitors ATB and chase delinquent accounts.
- Updates Customer notes in Pronto when liaising with customer via email and/or phone.
- Answers external trade credit references.
- Answers phones and attends to queries (both customer and internal operations and sales representatives)
- Meets KPIs.
- Performs other duties as required by team leader or key stakeholders within the business.
Non-negotiables
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or debt collection role
- Proficient in MS Office and email, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent work initiative and willingness to learn new functions
- Demonstrated ability to manage administrative tasks and support collection processes efficiently
