Overview
The purpose of the Accounts Receivable Officer role is to assist the Accounts Team of end to end accounts receivable process.
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer with a 'can do attitude' who has an eagle-eye for detail and a passion for problem solving and customer service. Excellent communication skills, a proactive nature and a desire to succeed will see you progress within this role.
This position requires the team member to be detail-orientated and skilled at juggling many competing priorities and stakeholders, completing tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
Role Responsibilities
Full time position based in our Cebu Office. The shift hours will be from 8:00am - 4:30pm with a 1 hour lunch break.
No shifting schedule, no late nights or weekends!

Role Responsibilities
- Regular customer communication to follow up on overdue amounts.
- Daily banking.
- Processing daily enquiries and requests.
- Reconciliation of the Accounts Receivable report weekly.
- Prepare Accounts Receivable notes and meet with the Accounts. Receivable Manager weekly.
- Email customer statements.
- Management of Direct Debit portal.
- Prepare Accounts Receivable notes for monthly financials.
- Direct Debit exception report weekly.
- Review and process customer payments.
- Complete New Customer on-boarding.
- Complete Trade References.
- Provide admin support to Accounts Team.

- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in an Accounts Receivable role.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or similar field.
- Experience working with Australian or multinational companies is desirable.
- Experience with cloud accounting software, such as Quickbooks, Xero and MYOB.
- Experience in high volume receivables to meet internal deadlines.
