JOB SCOPE: The position is responsible for providing leadership in Business Process Management functions. Lead in the alignment of 1AboitizPower Business Process Management policy and direction in AP Distribution Utilities(AP DU), including sustainability and improvement of the Integrated Management Systems. Sustainability and improvement of the initiatives during Project SHIFT(System elements), including standardization and harmonization of business processes and improvements across AP DU.

Responsibilities

  • Business Process Management
    • Responsible for the overall success of the Business Process Management team in AP DU.
    • Helps ensure that 1AP BPM policy and direction are aligned and cascaded to AP DU.
    • Creates guidelines and procedures for AP DU, where needed.
    • Recommends improvements to policies, guidelines, and procedures.
    • Responsible for advising the AP DU COO and Excom on BPM updates and initiatives from 1AP.


  • Integrated Management System
    • Acts as champion on the Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure its implementation, sustainability, and improvement in AP DU.
    • Ensure that the organization shall continually improve the suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness of the IMS across AP
    • Fosters a culture of continuous improvement on business processes, collaborate with process owners, and identify best practices that may be applied across DUs.
    • Ensures the standardization and harmonization of business processes for best practice to provide further better customer service quality. No DU is left behind.
    • Takes a supportive role in adopting an open mind "best-of-the-best" approach to the practices and systems going forward, for the benefit of the entire Distribution business.
  • People Development
Qualifications

  • 10 years of related professional work experience
  • With experience in Group Head or AVP Level or at least 5 years Department Head/Manager experience.
  • Preferably a graduate of an Industrial or Management Engineering course.
