Role

In this role, your mission is to manage incoming payments and ensure accurate financial records. You will make a direct impact by:

• Generating and sending invoices to customers or clients.
• Monitoring accounts to identify outstanding balances and following up on overdue payments.
• Investigating and resolving customer billing issues and discrepancies.
  
  
  

This Role Is for You If…

Experience

• You have 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting.
  
  
  

Technical Skills

• You're proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  
  
  

Non-Negotiables

• Night shift availability (10 PM–7 AM PH Time)
• Based in Cebu City (Office Only)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  
  
  

Bonus Points

• Experience in QuickBooks and NetSuite is a plus
